The Maroon Devils will commence their football schedule on August 20th when they host North Buncombe. The next week they will travel to Sylva then return home on September 3rd to face Franklin followed by Life Christian on September 10th. This season’s bye week is September 17th. On September 24th they travel to Seymour, Tennessee to face King’s Academy. October gets underway at Robbinsville then back home October 8th to face Andrews. On October 15th they travel to Hayesville then face the Murphy Bulldogs on October 22nd at home. The season closes on October 29th at home against Cherokee.
The Soccer team opens August 16th at Franklin then Tuscola comes to Bryson City on August 18th. The Maroon Devils then travel to ICIHS in Asheville before starting a three game home stand against Pisgah on the 28th, ICIHS on the 30th and Mitchel on the 31st. On Thursday September 2nd they commence a three game road series at ATHS in Asheville, at Mitchel on the 6th and at East Henderson on the 9th. The Maroon Devils then return home to face Mountain Heritage on September 13th then go to Hayesville on the 20th. Blue Ridge Early College plays at Swain on September 22nd then the Maroon Devils go to Highlands on September 27th, then face Cherokee at home on the 29th. October opens with two home games including Murphy on the 4th and Hayesville on the 11th then hit the road for a game at Blue Ridge on the 13th. Highlands comes to Bryson City on October 18th. The regular season ends on the road with a game at Cherokee on the 25th and Murphy on the 27th.
