Charges have been filed against a 21 year old Sylva man following a lengthy investigation into a deadly two car crash last year. The Sylva Police Department reports Alfred Jermaine Frazier is facing a half dozen charges related to the 2022 wreck near East Main Street that resulted in the death of an 89 year old woman, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved. The Sylva Police Department initiated a criminal investigation into the fatal accident.
